Service Fee Notes
Remote Online Notarization $30 Official certification and witnessing of your document as required by Ohio law.
Technology Fee $10 Secure platform and tools used to conduct your Remote Online Notarization, including identity verification and encrypted document storage
Non-Refundable Administrative Fee (surcharge) $15 Covers scheduling, session prep and document review
Additional Document Notarized Standard Hours $20 Second notarization within same session during Standard Business hours - weekdays
Additional Document Notarized Evening, Weekends $25 Second notarization within same session during evening, weekend, holidays
After-Hours Premium Service Fee (surcharge) $30 Applies to evenings and weekends hours
U.S. Federal Holiday Service (surcharge) $35 E-mail for availability
Expedited 1-Day Service Contact for availability E-mail for availability; fees vary
Additional Witness Signature $10 Witness Signature Needed

Schedule Your Appointment

Select your preferred date and time, and answer all preliminary questions, submit the $15 non-refundable fee to reserve your spot.

Upload Your Document(s)
Securely upload your document for review. Once approved, you will receive a payment link to pay the remaining balance. -
Complete Your Payment
Pay the balance 24–48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. After final payment is received, you’ll be sent a secure meeting link for your notarization session.
